Man Who Caught Bus At Walnut Creek BART Station Arrested
Ernesto Acuna committed sexual battery, according to a nearby police department.
WALNUT CREEK, CA — A man who rode a bus from the Walnut Creek BART station is accused of sexually battering two women, and there could be more victims, according to the San Ramon Police Department.
Police report that the incidents happened aboard the County Connection bus from the Walnut Creek BART Station to San Ramon between Aug. 12 and Aug. 14.
Ernesto Acuna, 58, was arrested for the crimes after police obtained video surveillance and interviewed the victims, according to the SRPD.

During the investigation, a witness told police that Acuna might have victimized a third female during the same time period, the SRPD said.
