Vallejo Man Killed In Walnut Creek Shooting, Arrest Made
The shooting happened in the area of Ygnacio Valley Road and N. California Boulevard​.
WALNUT CREEK, CA — Walnut Creek Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened around 11 p.m. Thursday in the area of Ygnacio Valley Road and N. California Boulevard.
A 25-year-old Vallejo man died. His name has not been released.
Police identified a vehicle involved in the shooting and tracked it to a home in Martinez, got a search warrant for the residence and used a SWAT team to serve the warrant. Walnut Creek police have not released any details about the suspect, who has been arrested.
