Planning Commission, West Downtown Specific Plan on This Week's Meeting Calendar

A workshop for the West Downtown Specific Plan will be held Tuesday, June 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church, 1801 Lacassie Ave. This workshop will focus on three different scenarios for the West Downtown Specific Plan, and seeks public input on which plan should finally be recommended to the City Council for approval.

The Zoning Administrator meets Wednesday, July 10 at 4 p.m. in the second floor conference room, City Hall, 1666 N. Main Street.  The agenda item is a request from a property owner on the 200 block of Sierra Dr. for a modification to a six-foot high fence where a three-foot fence is allowed. It is recommended for approval with conditions.

The Planning Commission meets Thursday, July 11 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1666 N. Main St. Agenda items include continuing review of the draft Shadelands Gateway Specific Plan.
