Walnut Creek police released two surveillance photographs Wednesday of a woman they say robbed a taxi driver on June 6.Â
According to police, the woman robbed the cab driver around 8:30 a.m. after he picked her up near Bancroft Ave. and Treat Blvd. She is described as a white female adult, 21-25 years old, 5' 7" tall, long blond hair and weighing about 120 pounds. She was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and black stretch pants, and carrying a black backpack. She did not use a weapon in the robbery.Â
Shortly after the robbery, someone police say was an "unsuspecting good citizen" gave her a ride to the 76 gas station on Pacheco Blvd. where she was caught by surveillance cameras. The suspect said her name was "Caitlin."Â
