Walnut Creek Downtown Opens 2017 First Wednesdays Season
The Walnut Creek Downtown season will open with Mid-week Motown with music, food, and shopping on Apr. 5.

From Walnut Creek Downtown: Walnut Creek Downtown launches the 2017 season of Walnut Creek First Wednesdays with Mid-Week Motown, a family friendly evening of soul inspired pop tunes from the Project 4 Band, delicious treats from a variety of food trucks from Food Truck Mafia, shopping and more! Moonwalkers can Spin the Wheel of Walnut Creek Fortune for a chance at winning a prize, enjoy a selection local wines from Buon Vino and craft beer from ØL Beercafe and Bottleshop, and kettle corn. Vendors will line Cypress Street and ARF’s pet mobile will have plenty of loving pets to rescue and take home.
More fun: Kids Fun Zone filled with games, free face painting and an interactive art booth from Bedford Gallery.
When: Wednesday, April 5, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m., and every first Wednesday through October 2016.

Where: Walnut Creek First Wednesdays takes place on Cypress Street, closed for foot traffic only between N. Main Street and Locust Street.
