The East bay Alliance for a Sustainable Economy (EBASE) and Monument Impact are co-sponsoring a Tenant Legal Clinic with Bay Area Legal Aid tice a month, on the first Tuesday of the month for Antioch and East Contra Costa County residents, and the third Tuesday for Concord and Central Contra Costa County residents.
