Here's a list of Connecticut grocery stores closed for Thanksgiving 2019 — but for those who forgot cranberry sauce, what's open.

Hopefully, if you're planning a Turkey Day dinner you're all set, but just in case, many grocery stores are open on Thanksgiving, though most close early. Here is a list of Thanksgiving grocery store hours for 2019.
Not to confuse matters, but some stores, Target for example, are big boxes that include a grocery section and while closed for most of the day, open in the evening for Black Friday.

Acme: Open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

C-Town: Independently-owned, but many locations are open from 7 to 4 p.m. some with later closing times. Check your store here.
IGA: Independently-owned throughout the state. Check your store hours here.
Price Chopper: A 24-hour store, will close at 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving
Stop & Shop: Stores will close at 5 p.m.
Target: All stores open 5 p.m.
Walmart: Many open 24 hours. Check your store here.
Whole Foods: Open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
