Coronavirus Hospitalizations Drop Below 100 In CT
Hospitalizations for COVID-19 in Connecticut dropped to the lowest they have been since September.
CONNECTICUT — Hospitalizations dropped below 100 over the weekend, according to the state Department of Public Health.
A total of 94 residents are currently in Connecticut hospitals with COVID-19, the lowest that number's been since Sept. 28.
An additional 222 cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in the state since Friday, bringing that total to 347,563. With 22,198 tests reported, the daily positivity rate now sits at 1 percent.

Coronavirus-associated deaths across the state rose by six over the weekend. The COVID-19 death toll in Connecticut now stands at 8,244.
