CT Coronavirus Positive Test Rate Above 1 Percent 2 Days In a Row
Connecticut reported more than 200 new coronavirus cases Thursday.

CONNECTICUT — Connecticut’s positive coronavirus test rate stayed above 1 percent for the second day in a row Thursday. There were 222 positive results out of 16,602 tests for a rate of 1.3 percent.
Hospitalizations decreased by five patients down to 52, which is near the lowest number since the pandemic began in Connecticut.
State officials reported another four coronavirus-related deaths Thursday, which brought the state total up to 4,478.
