CT Hospitalizations Reach Highest Level Since July 9
The state's coronavirus positive test rate dropped Friday, but hospitalizations increased slightly.

CONNECTICUT — Connecticut's coronavirus positive test rate dropped down to 1 percent Friday, but hospitalizations continued their slow uptick with a net increase of two patients. There were 141 cases out of 13,865 tests.
The net total hospitalizations for Friday was 77. The last time hospitalizations were at that level was July 9.
There were also four additional deaths reported, bringing the state total up to 4,492.
