Some school districts have announced closures or remote status ahead of Monday's major snow storm.
CONNECTICUT — Some Connecticut school districts are already announcing modifications to Monday's school day due to the incoming snow storm.
The National Weather Service estimates the storm will drop around a foot of snow throughout most of the state with some areas getting up to 18 inches of snow. Gusts of up to 50 mph are predicted for the I-95 corridor and power outages are possible throughout the state.
