CT Weather: 1-2 Feet Of Snow Accumulation By Tuesday, NWS Says
The National Weather Service increased its snow accumulation estimates for CT and has also amended its timeline for when the storm begins.

CONNECTICUT — The National Weather Service has now issued a winter storm warning for all of Connecticut beginning early Monday as up to 2-feet of snow could fall in parts of the state. Almost everyone will see between 1-2 feet of snow before the storm ends on Tuesday.
A long-duration, powerful coastal storm will drop heavy snow on the state, especially at the coast. Extreme portions of southwest Connecticut are forecast to receive between 18-24 inches of snow before the storm pulls away on Tuesday.
Most of the state will see between 12-18 inches of snow, while southeastern parts may see a bit of mixing which will limit accumulation to 8-12 inches, the weather service said.
