CT Weather: Snow Accumulation Estimates Change For 2-Day Storm
The National Weather Service issued a weather advisory for snow and has adjusted snow totals across the state. Here are the new updates.

CONNECTICUT — The National Weather Service has dropped a winter storm watch for Connecticut and replaced it with a winter weather advisory for a long-duration snowstorm Thursday and Friday.
It now appears that the greatest snow accumulation will be in southern Connecticut which is where 5-9 inches of snow is forecast.
Areas in northern Connecticut may see as little as three inches and up to seven inches, according to the weather service.

It appears the snow will be light and not heavy, but it could still pile up several inches because it could last a long time.
Fox 61 chief meteorologist Rachel Frank explained why Connecticut is under an advisory and not a warning.
