CT Weather: Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Accumulating Snow
The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for the entire state of CT minus the immediate coast for snow accumulation.
CONNECTICUT — It looks like many of us will see some accumulating snow on Sunday and a winter weather advisory has just been issued for the entire state minus the I-95 corridor.
The National Weather Service is predicting there will be accumulating snow for everyone except at the immediate coast where it will largely be a rain event. Even at the coast there is a chance for a light snow accumulation as the rain ends as some wet snow.
Some rain and snow will develop Sunday afternoon, and it is forecast to change to all snow late Sunday, early Monday across inland sections of southern Connecticut and northern parts of the state.
