96 Major State Roads Still Closed As Of Thursday Morning: UPDATE

CONNECTICUT — Two days later and there are still 96 major routes closed or experiencing delays all across Connecticut due to Tropical Storm Isaias.

Isaias knocked down trees and power lines throughout the state. More than 640,000 people were without power as of Thursday morning.
