Police Nab Man, Naked Wilton Woman, Swimming In Stranger's Pool

When questioned by police, the couple said they had permission to be in the pool. The residents told police that was not true.

WILTON, CT — Police have charged a man and woman with trespassing after they were found swimming in a stranger's pool.

A resident on Wilridge Road called 911 on June 23 at around 4:35 in the afternoon to report that a man and woman he did not know were swimming in his pool. The caller said that the woman was naked.

When police arrived and questioned Jennifer Louney, 53, of Wilridge Road in Wilton, and Michael Silvester, 51, of Northill Street in Stamford, the couple said they had permission to be at the house. Police say that was untrue, after consulting with the homeowner.

Louney and Silvester were each issued a misdemeanor summons for third-degree criminal trespass and released on a promise to appear before Norwalk Superior Court on Aug. 4.
