Select Stop & Shop Pharmacies Offering Vaccine to Those Over 45
Select Stop & Shop Pharmacies Across Connecticut now offering single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine to those 45 and older

Connecticut Department of Public Health Commissioner, Deidre Gifford (left, seated), and Deputy Commissioner, Heather Aaron (right, seated), received the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine from Stop & Shop pharmacists Laura McCabe(left, standing) and Amie Eliades (right, standing) at the New Britain Stop & Shop, marking the first day that those 45 and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine under Connecticut’s phased distribution plan.
Select Stop & Shop locations across the state are now offering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to eligible individuals. Those interested in scheduling a vaccine must schedule an appointment on Stop & Shop's website, and are urged to not call or visit the store to request an appointment.
