The smallest home on the market is located in Colebrook. It is a 238 square foot cabin near Algonquin State Forest and conservation property. It has electric, but no sewer or water. It sits on two acres of land and is listed for a cash price of $45,000.

Taxes are a little over $1,000 a year, according to property records.

The largest home on the market according to Realtor.com is a 25,000 square foot estate located on 450 acres in Cornwall.

It has 10 beds, 12.5 bathrooms, a regulation custom gymnasium with a basketball court. The manor is surrounded by beautiful rolling pastures.

It also features an exercise room with steam rooms and a water fountain.

The home also features an elevator. The listed sale price is $19.5 million. Taxes are just shy of $100,000 annually, according to property records.
