CONNECTICUT — There is no shortage of homes in Connecticut that have stood the test of time and are older than the United States itself. Hundreds of pre-1776 homes are for sale across the state.

Windsor was the first town settled in 1633. There are 13 towns that were settled prior to 1650 in Connecticut including Fairfield, Stratford, Farmington, Stamford, Greenwich, Guilford, Milford and Hartford
