Berlin Announces Winners to Annual Pumpkin, Costume Contests
The Berlin Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the following winners from the annual Monster Bash/Pumpkin Decorating Contest held recently at Willard School.
Pumpkin decorating winner:
Pre-school/Kindergarten

Kindergarten and 1st grade – Jessica Vale da Serra, Kaitlyn Kozlowski, Rhiannon Reinhardt, Antouin, Aidan Arcila.
