Berlin Building Department Launches Online Permit Program

BERLIN, CT — As of 1/18/2021, Building Permit Applications can now be submitted online 24/7. Additionally, payments once determined can also be paid online. We pledge a continued effort to simplify and ease the process of permitting. Most applications can be completed this way with the ability to upload the proper documents and verifications needed. We encourage the use of the system. However, you can still submit via the drop box and/or any postal or courier service (during COVID restrictions) and in the office once we are back to normal operations.
