Boy's golf team wins, boy's tennis loses.

With number one singles player Dan Rombola unavailable, the team stepped up and was very competitive in all of the matches. Every one of the four losses could have gone Berlin’s way.
The wins for Peter Hogan and Mike Gurrieri (both stepping up a spot) were excellent wins and reflected their improvement through just three matches.
Zach Mayer and Jack Stafstrom gained their first win of the season at number one doubles.
Berlin travels Wednesday to West Hartford to face “LL” power Hall.
Boys Golf
Berlin 166, Bristol Central 194 (At Pequabuck CC)
"We got off to a good start at a course that we traditionally struggle at," said Berlin coach John Line. "The weather was nice, breezy, but warm and the boys were loose and ready to go. all of us were pleased with the effort."
Ryan Marquis was medalist with a 40. Austin Forauer shot 41, Geoff Magisano 42 and Nick Martino 43.
