Berlin Movie Theater Reopens

Picture Show Entertainment is back after being shut down during the pandemic.

BERLIN, CT — Berlin's sole movie theater, Picture Show Entertainment, recently held a grand reopening following its closure due to the pandemic, according to The Meriden Record-Journal. The 19 Frontage Road theater was renovated right before the pandemic.

Patrons will now be able to enjoy an expanded food menu along with reclining seats and a renovated lobby and concessions stand. A beer and wine bar has also been added, The Meriden Record-Journal reported.

The theater's Summer Movie Series will include deals Monday and Wednesday mornings from June 14 to Aug. 25 with tickets priced $1 to $3.50.
