This convenient service requires that you have the last name of the involved party, date of the crash, and the report number.

The Berlin Police Department Records Bureau now offers citizens the ability
to download and pay for crash reports online https://policereports.lexisnexis.com.

Note: Private parking lot crashes are not available online, only crashes that occur on a roadway.

This convenient service requires that you have the last name of the involved party, date of the crash, and the report number. If you do not have the crash report number, please contact the records department for that information:

** Important *** When entering the crash report case number do not enter dashes, enter zeros in place of the dashes to create a 10 digit case number. Example: For case number 20-1234 enter 2000001234 or for case number 19-76543 enter 1900076543. There is also a link to this service on our website www.berlinpd.org

As always, if you prefer not to utilize this online service you can obtain a report in person from the Records Bureau Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A fee of fifty cents per page is charged for crash & incident reports (cash or checks only). Please
note that all reports, including motor vehicle crashes, generally are not available for five business days from the date of report.
