Berlin Police Investigate Fatal Crash

BERLIN, CT —Police are investigating following a fatal car v. pedestrian crash Wednesday night. Police responded to the incident in the area of 319 New Britain Road at 10:40 p.m.

The vehicle involved in the crash is unknown as it left the scene before officers arrived.

The name of the victim is being withheld at this time until next of kin has been properly notified.

Investigating officers are seeking assistance from citizens who may have been travelling in this area at that time, witnessed what occurred, or have access to video that may have captured the crash.
