Berlin Police: Woman Attempted to Lie to Avoid Charges
The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Wrapping up the year before the New Years holiday, police reported only a few arrests including a Bristol woman charged in connection with a larceny. Police said the woman also lie to police in an effort to avoid charges.
The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:
Dec. 29, 2013
Heather Henry, 40, of 79 Hull Lane in Bristol, was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and interfering with police, Dec. 29.
Dec. 30, 2013
Debra Bailey, 60, of 42 Huckleberry Lane in Berlin, was charged with driving under the influence, Dec. 30.Â
