Berlin Police: Woman Attempted to Lie to Avoid Charges

Wrapping up the year before the New Years holiday, police reported only a few arrests including a Bristol woman charged in connection with a larceny. Police said the woman also lie to police in an effort to avoid charges.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:

Dec. 29, 2013

Heather Henry, 40, of 79 Hull Lane in Bristol, was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and interfering with police, Dec. 29.

Dec. 30, 2013

Debra Bailey, 60, of 42 Huckleberry Lane in Berlin, was charged with driving under the influence, Dec. 30. 

he preceding arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
