Berlin Seeks Seventh State Baseball Championship

BERLIN, CT — Berlin High School is seeking its first state baseball championship in 13 years, as pairings were announced Friday.

The Redcoats, who have captured six state titles but none since 2005, are the 18th seed in Class L, and will travel to No. 15 Bethel for a first-round matchup Tuesday.

Top seeds in the four divisions are Fairfield Prep (LL), Windsor (L), Haddam-Killingworth (M) and Shepaug Valley (S).
