Boy's Tennis Wins First Match Of The Year
Girl's golf posts lowest score of the season in victory to stay unbeaten.

The boy's tennis team earned its first win of the season with a 5-2 win over Bristol Central.
Led by singles wins at numbers 1Â and 2 by Dan Rombola and Peter Hogan and a sweep of the doubles the team was finally able to feel a reward for all of their hard work.
Winners in doubles were the teams of sophomore Jack Stafstrom and senior Jaydip Patel, juniors Kris Langevin and Reid Hilbie and juniors Rich Schlichting and Zach Mayer    Â
They will go for win number two at RHAM on Friday.Â
Girl's Golf
Berlin 170, Conard 187
The Berlin Girls Golf Team defeated a tough Conard team, 170 to 187 Wednesday at Rockledge Golf Course in West Hartford. It was the team's best score of the 2013 season.Â
Ashley D'Attilio earned her first Medalist honor of the season wilth an excellent round of 40 on the par 36 front nine. Julia Kemmling was next with a 42. Senior Co-Captains Emily Deutsch and Caroline D'Attilio rounded out the scoring with 44's. Although her score did not count in the team's total, Abbie Underwood turned in a fine score of 45. Berlin's undefeated record now moves to 7-0. Â
"I love where this team is headed," Berlin coach Jim Barnes said. "We are getting very balanced scoring and that makes us tough to beat. Everybody is right there and Ashley just played great today. She has been flirting with a low round all year and now that it has happened I think we will be seeing more of these." Â
Berlin is in action again on Thursday against Avon and Masuk at the Country Club of Avon.
