Giving Back to Our Communities
"Helping others comes naturally to us. From the millions of dollars donated to worthwhile causes to thousands of dedicated volunteer hours, we’re committed to giving back to the communities where we live and work. You might even say that doing good—or fueling good—is part of the CITGO DNA. This fueling good philosophy is what drives us to participate in humanitarian initiatives where we:
- offer access to medical treatment for the critically ill
- deliver low-cost home heating oil to more than half a million people each year
- give help, hope and friendship to those suffering from neuromuscular diseases
- provide relief aid to areas ravaged by natural disasters
Three charities, the Berlin Food Pantry, Klingberg Center and Epilepsy Foundation will all be on hand between noon and 4 p.m. to hand out information on the various agencies.Â
Customers, who will receive free coffee or milk when they stop, are asked to bring canned goods to donate to the Berlin Food Pantry.Â
