Berlin, Newington Runners in Boston Marathon Are Safe

Does anyone know someone who was running the Boston Marathon or watching when the explosions happened? 

We're looking to talk to them about what they experienced and what they're seeing. 

Mike Crowe of Berlin ran the race and posed this on his facebook page:

"Thank you to everyone who reached out. I'm am okay and safe. Please keep everyone in your thoughts"

Billie Starks of Berlin, Class of 2002, was recently profiled on CBS Boston for running in a fundraiser for the Boston Heathcare for Homeless Program, reported on her facebook page that she was OK after the race. 

Kelsey Budnick of Berlin, who studies at Northeastern University in Boston, posted this on her facebook page:

"That was indeed the scariest moment of my life. Hearing and watching the explosions and watching everyone run in a mad panic, 10 hellicopters overhead, watching people sobbing and injured and the paramedics helping. I stood alone sobbing until I could finally get to (sister and twin Caitlyn Budnick) Caits work. Just wanted to thank all of the amazing friends and family for your concern. I didnt have service for awhile and now my phone is dead. But wanted to let you all know I am officially safely off the affected block chilling with my roommate at her work a couple blocks away. So at least I wont have to brave the disaster zone alone when it comes time to figure out how to get back to NU. Let us keep everyone who was injured and more directly affected safely in our thoughts. Everyone in and around Boston please stay safe. ♥"

Dean Cornelio of Newington, a former Patch correspondent, was at the Red Sox game at 11 a.m. 

"We were lucky, we were leaving by train but then all of a sudden got kicked off the train with no direction," Cornelio said. "We were going to the Bruins game tonight but that has been cancelled. 

"We didn't have any idea what was going on. Like I said they just cleared the trains. We decided to grab a bite at Bertucci's and that's when we saw what had happened on the televisions."
