Easy win for BHS boys

Max Delorenzo scored 19 points and Mike Rector 11 and Tommy Undercuffler eight to lead Berlin past Platt in Meriden, 50-31.

It was welcome relief after having to go five overtimes to beat Bulkeley Thursday night. 

Berlin improved to 13-4 with the win.

The junior varsity team is now 15-2 after beating Platt 43-29. 

Tyler Stritch scored 11 points for the winners, who hit six 3-pointers. Nine players scored.
