Get Painting and Drawing In Sessions at ALNB
The Art League of New Britain is offering NEW sessions to draw and paint at all levels of interest.

An ideal time of year to capture the beauty and color of the season through painting a landscape or drawing from the figure! Enroll today to paint like a master or to draw in the galleries.
Arts Instructor, Kathleen Smits is hosting sessions on Landscape Painting in Oil or Acrylics on Tuesdays 3-5:00pm. The six week session begins September 26 at the ALNB, 30 Cedar Street, New Britain. Registration is required and available at ALNB.org or contact Kathleen - kathleensmits@sbcglobal.net
Those seeking figure drawing, ALNB offers sessions working from the live model. Sessions are open to artists possessing their own drawing or painting materials with groups meeting Monday and Thursday evenings 7-10:00pm and Saturday mornings 10-1:00pm. Additional info is available at ALNB.org

The Art League of New Britain, a non-profit organization, is the second oldest art league in the United States. Founded in 1928, its original mission is to offer arts programming to the community In 1934 it transitioned into an art club where artists could work together and gather for social affairs with exhibits and events.
ALNB offers additional opportunity for artists with membership, education and exhibits and welcomes community participation.
