Kensington Woman Files Complaint Against Southwest Airlines
A local woman, who uses a wheelchair and cane, has filed a complaint against Southwest Airlines when she says they refused to help her.

BERLIN, CT - A local woman filed a complaint against Southwest Airlines after staff refused to help transport her on two occasions, NBC Connecticut reported. Amanda Somerset relies on a wheelchair and cane to get around due to a debilitating accident.
When she had a flight from Hartford to Baltimore, no one from the airline showed to help her through security to the gate. Her daughter ended up helping her get on the plane, according to NBC.
However, when she was attempting to get her connecting flight in Raleigh, a Southwest gate agent told her there was no one to help her and that she had to walk. Somerset filed a complaint with the airline, which is now investigating the incident.
