Last Relay For Life Meeting Before Event Is Monday Night at 6:30 p.m.

Please join us for our Team Captain meeting on Monday, May 6th at 6:30 pm at the Berlin Community Center.

Theme lap vote results -  Campsite selection - On-site fundraising - Finance - T-shirt distribution Entertainment & Ceremonies schedule.

T-shirt distribution - Team Captains will receive white participant shirts for those members who have reached their $100.00 goal or their team has raised an average of $100.00 per person. 

Registration fees - Turn in at meeting or at registration gate day of ( fee counts toward goal) contact Noel Sherman- Noel.Sherman@cigna.com or Lynn Kipphut -lynn.kipphut @cancer.org for a team roster.

Luminary Photo's - Remember a loved one at our photo tribute at this year's Luminary ceremony.  Please include the following information name of person in photo, in memory or honor. Photo's must be received by May 12th send to Kate Mayer @ RFLBERLINPICTURES@gmail.com.

Luminary bags - Purchase your bags in advance at tomorrow evening or purchase luminary on-line from your team page to receive team credit. Luminary bags will be available for those who will be decorating their own.
Survivor & Caregiver activities- Please register on-line or contact Carol Reed- mygalway2@att. net.  Survivor &  Caregivers may also register day of at the registration gate.

Monday, May 13th - Bill's Farmington Avenue Pizza and Team Ava's Mom will be hosting a Relay For Life night between 4:00 & 8:00 p.m. with 20% of the receipts donated in YOUR team's name. You must sign up in advance by contacting Ceil at c.biscoglio@comcast.net.

May 15, 2013 from 5 PM to 9 PM Moe's  Southwest Grill, 720 Queen Street in Southington and Team Home Cooking, captained by Trafford Underwood will be holding a fund-raiser.  Flyers are available in advance, or get one from Trafford Underwood or Michelle Wnuk or other team members upon arrival at Moe's!

All you have to do is order food and show the flier to the cashier and Home Cooking will automatically get 15% of every receipt that is attached to a flier. And then enjoy your Moe's meal!  Please bring or tell friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, students, classmates, and anyone else that you know.
