Letter To The Editor: A Democratic Endorsement

To The Editor:

As Election Day approaches, I encourage the citizens of Berlin to join me in supporting Rep. Joe Aresimowicz, Rep. Cathy Abercrombie and Sen. Terry Gerratana for re-election. 

They have done an outstanding job representing our community and deserve another term.  In the last year alone, they have secured over $880,000 in brownfield grants to clean up the future site of the new Police Department, $500,000 to complete Veterans Memorial Park and $500,000 for improvements in senior housing at Marjorie Moore Village. 

Joe, Cathy and Terry have demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively with Local, State and Federal officials to articulate and enhance the quality of life for all of our citizens. They have been a powerful voice for Berlin at the Capitol and we should continue to support them next Tuesday.
