Locals Girls Win First Place At National Dance Competition
All are part of Backstage Academy of Dance.
Jenna Cooney, Lauren Wusterbarth, Amanda Moss, Zoey Salgado, and Bella and Gabby Crossley from Berlin dance at Backstage Academy of Dance in Newington and placed first overall tap at Nationals at the Mohegan Sun.
They are a competition team that started together in September.
The dance sponsor was Starpower
The girls group is call Enfeugo Petite Tap and Kim Larson, a Berlin native, is the owner and instructor of the team.
