Man Arrested In Robbery At Berlin Gas Station: Police
A man has been arrested on charges that he robbed a victim and stole their car.
BERLIN, CT — A man has been arrested following an early morning robbery at a Berlin gas station Monday, according to police. Ryan Callinan, of 34 Pleasant Ave., Berlin, was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree unlawful restraint, and second-degree larceny.
He was held on $150,000 bond and will be arraigned in New Britain Superior Court today.
Police said the robbery at the Citgo Gas Station at 1289 Farmington Ave. occurred at 12:58 a.m. and that a victim's car and personal belongings were stolen in the crime.

An officer then spotted a car that matched the description from the crime turning onto Pleasant Avenue.
Callinan was arrested after he was found driving the stolen car and in possession of items stolen from the victim, according to police.
