Obituary: Nancy R. (Scott) Lacasse, 64, of Berlin

BERLIN, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Nancy R. (Scott) Lacasse, 64, of Berlin, formerly of Wallingford, died Friday, February 12, 2021.

She was born in Lewiston, ME, June 16, 1956, a daughter of the late Arthur and Jeanne (Lavertu) Scott and was a 1974 graduate of Lyman Hall H.S.

Nancy had worked for Cytec, as a pet groomer, and for the Record Journal.

She will be missed for her outgoing personality and sense of humor.

She was passionate about animals and her happiest times were when she operated her pet grooming business.

She adored her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Jessica Lobner of Wallingford, and James and Tiffany Lacasse of Sparta, Tennessee; her seven grandchildren; her sister, Joline Scott and her husband Robert Billings; and her brother, Wayne Scott and his wife Linda of Auburn, IN.

Due to the pandemic, services will be held during safer times.
