Town Of Berlin Cleaning Up Blighted Property
The town is cleaning up a blighted property and has fined the owner for more than $15,000.

BERLIN, CT - The town is cleaning up a blighted property that officials say poses a health risk to neighbors and is lowering surrounding property values, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. A court order resulting from a lawsuit filed in October states that town crews can clean up the 77 Elton Road home.
