Canton Dollars for Scholars 2021 Scholarship Winners

Canton Dollars for Scholars announced the recipients of the 2021 scholarships on June 2. A live ceremony was able to be held, but with limited attendance. This was a great group of students moving on to further education with a strong record of success in high school. Canton Dollars for Scholars is funded through community support and through your generosity, we were able to award 62 scholarships this year for over $100,000. Several existing scholarships came under CDFS for administration. We look forward to increased participation in our newest community fundraiser, the Collinsville Trick or Trot 5K, near the end of October. This will allow us to continue to award the scholarships to deserving students again next year.

Canton Dollars for Scholars seeks the well-rounded student who is achieving his or her personal best grades while serving the school, community and the greater good. CDFS focuses on school involvement, work and community commitments. These students are all going on to further education through college or technical school.
