Collinsville Farmers Market, Local Chef To Be Featured on NBC 30 Monday Morning

Collinsville Farmers Market vendor liaison Elena Forzan, Tom Roberge of Hard Rain Farm and Jonathan Nadeau of Francesca's Wine Bar will be featured on NBC-CT during the 11 a.m. hour on Monday, Sept. 23. 

Kerri-Lee Mayland will interview Forzani and Roberge, who will bring fresh produce and other CT Grown food products from the market, according to market organizers. 

In a second segment, Nadeau will make a dish with seasonal ingredients from Hard Rain Farm.
