Correction: CT Hospitals Rated First To Worst: Where Does Your Medical Center Rank?
Quarterly grades for all of the nation's hospitals were recently released, and we have ratings for all 27 in Connecticut.
Editor’s note: The initial information compiled by Health Care Finance News incorrectly identified the ratings for several Connecticut hospitals, including Manchester Hospital. Below are the updated/corrected ratings.
Manchester Hospital was initially reported to have a 1-Star patient review but in reality the hospital received 2-Stars.
UPDATE: When it comes to hospital rankings in Connecticut the news is relatively good.

No Connecticut based hospital received a 5-star rating, which is based on patient reviews compiled by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Hospital Compare list. But, no Connecticut based hospital earned the dreaded 1-star review either.
The time period covers patient surveys between Jan.1 and Dec. 31 of 2014, according toHealthcare Finance News. Patients receive the surveys at the end of their hospital care. The rankings are updated quarterly.

There are 3,539 hospitals nationally and the number of 1-star ratings decreased slightly from 102 in July to 76 in October.
And the number of 5-star ratings for hospitals nationally also decreased significantly from 548 in July to 207 now.
Nationally, 1,087 hospitals received 4-star reviews, 1,531 hospitals 3-stars, and 638 hospitals also received 2-stars.
