CANTON, CT — Spring sports practice is in full swing, scrimmage games have begun and the regular season is just around the corner for Canton High School squads. Here are the scheduled dates, times and opponents for each team's regular season opening contest.

• girls lacrosse - 3/31 at Newington, 1 p.m.
• baseball - 4/2 vs. Sacred Heart, 3:45 p.m.
• boys tennis - 4/2 vs. Enfield/Somers, 3:45 p.m.
• softball - 4/3 at East Windsor, 3:45 p.m.
• boys lacrosse - 4/3 vs. Somers, 4:30 p.m.
• girls tennis - 4/4 at Ellington, 3:45 p.m.
• track and field - 4/4 vs. Classical Magnet, Bolton, 4 p.m.
• boys golf - 4/16 vs. Bolton, 3 p.m.
• girls golf - 4/17 at Suffield, 3 p.m.
