Senator Witkos Announces 2021-2022 Committee Assignments

Senator Kevin Witkos (R-Canton) has announced his committee assignments for the upcoming legislative session. When the legislative session convenes in January 2021 Senator Witkos will become the top Senate Republican on the Higher Education & Employment Advancement Committee and the Internship Committee.

He will continue to serve as the top Senate Republican on the General Law committee and will serve as a member of the Finance, Revenue, and Bonding committee.

"I am excited to continue serving on the General Law and Finance, Revenue & Bonding Committees, in addition to becoming a leader of the Higher Education & Employment Advancement committee and Internship committee. The issues that come before these committees have an impact on nearly every resident of our state and I look forward to working with my colleagues on these committees as we work to improve our state" said Senator Witkos.

The legislature will convene on January 6th , 2021 and will adjourn June 9.
