Watertown School To Require Vaccine For Students
A boarding school will require age-eligible students to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
WATERTOWN, CT — The Taft School in Watertown will require COVID-19 vaccinations for all students eligible to take the shot next year, according to NBC CT. School officials said the order is to keep the entire school community safe.
If the vaccine is not approved for those ages 12 to 15 by the fall, the school won't require the vaccine for that age group.
Taft is a boarding school with 600 students from 31 states and 44 countries.
