Wilson's Offering Sunday Morning Breakfast

Wilson's Pub in Collinsville is now offering Sunday morning breakfast. 

This will be the second week of the new 8 to 11 a.m. initiative. 

Offerings include five different omelets, French toast, pancakes, country biscuits with gravy and eggs, homefries and toast. Menu items range from $3.99 to $8.99. Traditional breakfast drinks are also available.  

Owner/operator Esther Witkos said the plan for now is to just offer breakfast on Sundays with the possibility of eventually adding Saturdays. 

"We hope it takes off," Witkos said.
