Steven Pynn is a self-taught artist specializing in oil portraits and legacy paintings where the essential nature of the subject is conveyed through thoughtful poses and expressions. Commissioned portraits are done from either live modeling or photographs after extensive discussion with the subject regarding the desired outcome.
Other works include nature subjects and whatever is a source of inspiration at the time. The artist believes that art works should be accessible to all who enjoy it and tries to make a range of works that are affordable including fine art prints of original works.
