Clinton Mom Remembers Beloved Daughter

CLINTON, CT — In honor of Mother’s Day 2018 this weekend, we are celebrating the special bond between mothers and daughters by inviting Patch readers across Connecticut to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

In Clinton, Cindy Lynn Barone shares a beautiful photo of her and her beloved daughter Cindy Lynn, who passed away nine years ago this past April 8.

“My daughter was so beautiful, a selfless daughter, sister and, mom,” she wrote in an email to Patch. “Her beautiful smile, gorgeous blue eyes would be beaming when she smiled. Her laugh was contagious! She is deeply missed in my heart every day.

“She was my twin, my life, my dearest sweet child.”
