Clinton Police Arrests: Sexual Assault, Drug Possession, Criminal Violation of a Protective Order
The following arrest information was provided by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
Brandon J. Ruggerio, 20, of Circle Drive in Clinton, was charged March 6 with criminal violation of a protective order: non-threatening.Â
Robert Torelli, 21, of O'Brien Road in Branford, was charged March 8 with third-degree larceny: all other larceny conspiracy.Â
Jonathan Nash, 20, of East Main Street in Clinton, was charged March 9 with possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and failure to have tail lamps/marker lights.Â

Christian Luis Valentin, 18, of Bright Street in New Haven, was charged March 9 with possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana.
James Sanzero, 24, of Pratt Road in Clinton, was charged March 9 with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended and drug paraphernalia.Â

Jennifer Elizabeth Reis, 31, of Jerome Road in Montville, was charged March 9 with second-degree failure to appear in court.Â
Willam E. Motta Sr., 67, of Glenwood Road in Clinton, was charged March 10 with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a child: sexual contact - forcible.Â
Jason Krzyicki, 36, of Pratt Street in Norwich, was charged March 10 with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended and stop sign violation.Â
Tonya Jean Tessier, 33, of Bargate Road in Clinton, was charged March 11 with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Milton Sibre, 25, of East Main Street in Clinton, was charged March 11 with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing and third-degree assault: minor injury or intent to cause injury.Â
Justin J. Williams, 25, of Brooks Haven Road in Groton, was charged March 12 with breach of peace: non-assaultive and non-threatening.Â
