CLINTON---Just five months since its founding, Clinton's VFW Auxiliary 9918 is roaring ahead in organizing a history making December bus trip to Arlington Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.

"We are inviting Shoreline veterans, friends and families to join us in saying out loud the names of our fallen heroes, as we place a balsam wreath on their graves," said Auxiliary President Bethany Knight.

Supporting Wreaths Across America's annual effort to bring wreaths from Maine to 1600 locations nationwide, the Clinton Auxiliary has chartered the 55 seat coach from Clinton to Arlington Dec. 13-15.

Affordable rooms have been blocked at the Springfield, VA Comfort Inn, across the street from the state's second largest mall.
